Your 1-Hour Session
Online or in-person in Hyderabad. No templates. No scripted advice. A real conversation — floor plans open, your questions answered, honest observations shared. You drive the agenda.

Within 24 hours
Written Summary Delivered
You receive a written session summary via WhatsApp or email including: property recommendation ranking, red flags per property, cost breakdown, and interior scope.

Follow-Up Questions
Message with follow-up questions for 7 days after your session at no extra charge. If you book another session — your existing fee is credited.
Is this online or in-person?
Your consultation can be either. Most people do it online via Google Meet — you share your floor plans on screen and we work through them together. In-person sessions can be arranged in Hyderabad.
Is the advice really unbiased?
Yes. We charge clients — not builders. We have no builder tie-ups, no channel partner registrations, and no referral arrangements. We will tell you honestly if a property is not right for you — even if it means you don't buy anything right now.
Can you recommend an interior design company?
Yes, with full transparency. Thota is also the co-founder of Olive Space Interiors. If you want a referral after your session we can do that. But this is never pushed — your advisory session is completely independent.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just your shortlisted property floor plans (JPG or PDF from the builder), and 60 minutes of uninterrupted time. The intake form will guide you on anything else.
What if I haven't shortlisted yet?
That's fine. Join our free Sunday session first. It will help you understand what to look for before you start visiting sites.
What if I'm an NRI buying remotely?
We work with NRI buyers every month. We conduct the session online, visit the site physically on your behalf, and send a full written report with photos and observations.
