Six years ago, I started in property management, then co-founded Olive Space Interiors — helping families transform new flats into homes. And I was good at it.
But over 2,000+ site visits across Hyderabad — covering East, West, North and South zones — I kept seeing the same thing. Families moving into flats that didn't fit their lives. Wrong floor plans. Bad vastu. Blocked natural light. Columns in the wrong places. Hidden costs nobody mentioned.
The problem was never the flat. The problem was nobody had helped them ask the right questions before they bought.
So I built Thot Realty to be that person.
